Subscription Management

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account dashboard
  • Subscription billing is processed through Creem, our secure payment processor
  • Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide a refund for the current period
  • You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • After cancellation, your account automatically reverts to the Starter Plan

While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in rare cases of:
