Configure webhook endpoints for real-time data forwarding
Share and embed forms across various platforms
Monitor form submissions and analytics
Integrate with automation platforms like n8n and Make.com or with your own backend

4. Account Registration and Security

Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Each account is tied to a specific OAuth authentication identity
Account sharing or credential sharing is strictly prohibited

Account Responsibilities

You must promptly update your account information if it changes
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Plan Types

Starter Plan: Free plan with basic form creation and standard features
Pro Plan: Paid subscription with enhanced features, advanced capabilities, and priority access to new features

Billing Terms

Subscription fees are processed through Creem, our secure payment processor
Billing occurs on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on your selected plan
All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
You authorize automatic charging of your payment method for recurring fees

All subscriptions are subject to our Refund Policy

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice
Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle
You may cancel your subscription if you disagree with price changes

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our service responsibly and not to:

Create forms for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
Collect sensitive personal data without proper consent and legal basis

We do not store, cache, or retain any form submission data
All form data is processed in real-time and immediately forwarded to your webhooks
Only form configuration metadata and analytics are retained

Your Data Responsibilities

You are responsible for the legality and compliance of data collection through your forms
You must ensure your webhook endpoints are secure and properly configured
You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents for data collection

8. Webhook Integration and Security

Service Functionality

We encrypt and secure your webhook URLs using industry-standard methods
We provide webhook authentication and signature verification
Form submissions are forwarded in real-time to your specified endpoints

Webhook Delivery Policy

Single Delivery Attempt: We make one delivery attempt to your webhook endpoint when a form is submitted
No Retry Mechanism: If your webhook endpoint is unavailable, unreachable, or returns an error, we cannot retry the delivery
Data Loss Risk: Due to our zero-storage policy, failed webhook deliveries result in permanent data loss
Your Responsibility: You must ensure your webhook endpoints are always available and properly configured to receive data
No Recovery: Once a webhook delivery fails, the form submission data cannot be recovered or resent

Your Webhook Obligations

Webhook URLs must be legitimate and accessible at all times
You are responsible for maintaining high availability of your webhook endpoints
You must implement proper error handling and logging on your webhook endpoints
You are responsible for webhook failures and any resulting data loss
You must not use webhooks for malicious or illegal purposes
You are responsible for webhook endpoint security and data handling

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

form0.app and all its features remain our exclusive intellectual property
We retain all rights not expressly granted to you in these terms
You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our platform

Your Rights

You retain ownership of all form content and configurations you create
You may export your form data at any time
You grant us permission to process your data as necessary for service operation

User Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become our property
We may use your feedback to improve our service without compensation
You waive any rights to feedback incorporated into our service

10. Service Availability and Limitations

Service Level

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
We are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control

Usage Limitations

Both Starter and Pro plans include unlimited forms and unlimited submissions
If found using our service for illegal purposes or causing harm to our systems, your account will be terminated immediately
We may implement fair usage policies to ensure service quality for all users

Technical Requirements

You must have a stable internet connection to use our service
You are responsible for providing necessary equipment and software
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties regarding compatibility

11. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard
Important: Please ensure you cancel your subscription before terminating your account
Account termination is immediate and does not wait for the billing cycle to end
You may export your data before termination

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

Violation of these terms or our acceptable use policy
Illegal or abusive use of our service
Non-payment of subscription fees after notice
Extended account inactivity (with prior notice)

Effect of Termination

All your forms and configurations will be deleted
Outstanding fees remain due
These terms survive termination where necessary

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Disclaimer

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for purpose
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
This includes natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, or third-party service disruptions

Continued use of our service after updates constitutes acceptance

15. Modifications to Terms

Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms
You may terminate your account if you disagree with changes

16. General Provisions

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law and any disputes will be resolved in Indian courts.

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and form0.app.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Assignment
